Accessibility Checklist
Keep private, dated human accessibility observations for a page or key journey.
Stable release. The ZIPs passed the checks described on each page. Review the plugin limits and test your own site before using a new plugin in production.

What it does
- Use six guided checks for keyboard, focus, reflow, forms, images and journeys.
- Filter a private work log and export guarded CSV.
Getting started
Open Accessibility Checks, create a page or journey observation and record the result after a real test.
Scope and limits
This records what a person observed. It is not an automated audit, WCAG certificate, legal verdict or fix.
Stored data and uninstall
Private WordPress posts and protected metadata hold observations. Uninstall permanently deletes them.
Verify the ZIP checksum, then upload it in WordPress under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Back up the site before updating. Updates are manual.
These plugins are distributed through GitHub. They are not listed on WordPress.org and do not have automatic updates.
