Business websites

Website development for businesses

We build websites that explain your offer clearly, lead visitors to get in touch and can grow with your business. We start from the business goal and the content, and choose the technology only once the scope is agreed. Digicyfr is a brand of CYFR Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw; we work with companies across Poland and the EU, mostly remotely.

A website as part of your sales process

A good business website is more than good looks. It has to answer quickly what you do, who you work for and what the next step is. That is why we design it together with the form, email handling, analytics and the way enquiries are followed up.

Every enquiry should reach the right person or system, and you should know which page it came from. Without that, it is hard to tell whether the website actually brings in business.

Which website do you need?

The right type of website depends on how your customers decide to buy. If they buy after a conversation, a well-structured service website with a clear contact path is enough. If they buy on their own, you need an online store with a cart, payments and delivery.

  • one-page or small website — for a business just starting its online presence
  • business website — separate service pages, case studies, FAQs and forms for a company that wants enquiries from Google
  • online store — catalogue, cart, payments and delivery for a company selling products online
  • multilingual website — language versions with correct hreflang for companies serving customers abroad

Next.js or WordPress?

We can build a lightweight Next.js site or a WordPress-based solution if your team needs to edit a lot of content on its own. The choice follows your requirements, not our habits.

  • Next.js — speed, security and full control over the design; a good fit when content changes less often
  • WordPress — a familiar editing panel and a large plugin ecosystem; a good fit for teams that publish often
  • WooCommerce — a WordPress-based store for companies that want to manage products themselves

SEO built in from day one

A website that Google cannot read properly will not bring enquiries from search. That is why technical SEO foundations are part of the build, not an add-on after launch.

Technical work alone does not guarantee rankings for competitive searches. It gives you the foundation for content, local visibility and authority to build on.

  • unique titles, descriptions and headings for every page
  • structured data describing your company, services and frequent questions
  • XML sitemap, robots.txt and correct canonical URLs
  • fast loading and correct behaviour on phones
  • redirects from old URLs so you keep the visibility you already have

What affects the cost

The price depends on the number of unique page types, how ready your materials are, language versions, integrations, editing requirements and the level of animation. After a short discovery call we present the scope, assumptions and what is excluded from the quote.

  • how ready your texts and brand materials are
  • number of page types and languages
  • integrations with a CRM, ERP, payments or booking
  • migration and redirects from an existing website

After launch

A website needs updates, backups and regular checks that forms still work. After launch we can take over technical care, or hand the site to your team with documentation.

Many companies grow their website in stages: core pages first, then more services, articles that answer customer questions and integrations with sales systems.

Timeline and terms

A typical business website takes a few weeks. The exact timeline depends mainly on the amount of content, the number of decisions on your side and integrations.

FAQ

Common questions before we start

How much does a business website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, how ready your content is, language versions and integrations. After a short conversation we prepare a quote with a described scope and clear exclusions.

How long does it take to build a website?

A typical business website takes a few weeks. Content and decisions on the client side usually take the most time, so we agree a schedule with approval points.

Do you write the website copy?

We can structure the content and draft texts based on interviews and your materials. Industry facts and promises are always approved by you.

Will the website be visible on Google?

The build includes the technical foundations for indexing. Visibility for competitive searches also requires the right pages, content, authority and time.

Can you move my old website without losing visibility?

We map your old URLs and redirect them to the new pages so you keep existing traffic from Google and links from other websites.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. The company is registered in Warsaw and we work remotely with businesses across the EU, with each stage approved online.

Who owns the domain and the website?

The domain and production accounts should belong to you. Rights to the design and code are set out in the proposal or contract.

Next step

Let’s talk about a website for your business.

Show us your current website or describe your offer and the goal of the new one. We will agree which content, features and integrations you need. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid contract.
