Lot Expiry Worklist

Assign and acknowledge an action for expiring lot stock at each exact internal location and stock owner.

What it does

  • Scan positive internal stock by company, exact lot, location and owner within a chosen expiry horizon.
  • See on-hand and physical unreserved quantity, native expiry dates and stock-present status in a bounded snapshot.
  • Assign a responsible Inventory user, record an action and note, and keep acknowledgment history after stock leaves.
  • Open native Odoo lot and quant records; use English and Polish screens, guides and demo data.

Install the downloaded ZIP as a custom add-on in an Odoo 19 deployment that supports third-party modules. Check the SHA-256 value before installing.

Tested on Odoo 19 Community. Scans are snapshots capped at 5,000 lot quants and 1,000 positions; rerun after stock or expiry-date changes. The module does not move, reserve or scrap stock. Enterprise compatibility and large-shop performance remain unverified.
